We are going to spend 60-75 minutes looking at you through the lens of hormones and how their imbalances can cause many health issues. We will review your history because that will give us a clue on how you got here today. We will look for nutrient deficiencies from your medications and your diet that might be affecting your hormones. We will spend a lot of time on nutrition and digestion. We will discuss your stress, sleep, bowel movements, exercise, lifestyle, environmental toxins, labs, and symptoms.
From there we will create a plan together. Are you a good candidate for hormone replacement therapy? Or do we need to make adjustments to your lifestyle or add a supplement? Perhaps all 3.
Our goal is to get you happy, healthy, and hormonally balanced.
We are going to spend 60-75 minutes looking at you through the lens of nutrition and digestion. We will review your history for clues on how you got here today in regard to your health. A primary focus will be evaluating what you eat and drink on a daily basis. In addition- we will also look at nutrient deficiencies from your medications, exercise, lifestyle, environmental toxins, etc. Looking for the root cause! Why do you have high blood pressure? Eczema? Gut issues? Insomnia? Stress/Anxiety? Rheumatoid Arthritis? And others?!
Our goal is to help you gain back control of your health.
We are going to spend 15-20 minutes reviewing your medication list and look for nutrient deficiencies that they may cause. All medications deplete 2-10 nutrients (vitamins, minerals, enzymes, hormones) creating another issue, another symptom, and/or another chronic disease in which you need medication for….. and so the cycle repeats itself! We like to call them RX ROBBERS! These include statins, Metformin and other diabetic medications,
anti-inflammatory drugs, birth control pills, antibiotics, Proton Pump Inhibitors (Prilosec, Protonix, Nexium, etc), and so many more. Are you experiencing brain fog, diarrhea/constipation, insomnia, anxiety/depression, fatigue, memory loss, muscle pain/weakness/cramping, etc?!
Once again- our goal is to help you gain back control of your health.

The Annual appointment is for patients that are being managed by our pharmacists and are checking in yearly or throughout the year.
